Who we are

Stamkunder is made and run by AM Factory, Danish CVR 46896254 (amfactory.ai). The shop where you have your card controls the information on your card. AM Factory stores it on the shop’s behalf.

What we store about customers

• Your first name, which you type yourself.
• Your card number and a private link to your card.
• Your stamps and rewards with date and time.

We don’t store your email, address or phone number.

Gift cards

If you get a gift card, we store the names on it and any message, so they can appear on the card. We don’t store phone or card numbers.

Invitations from a friend

If you get your card through a friend’s link, we store which card the invitation came from, so the shop can see how many customers come through friends. We don’t store your phone number or contacts.

Notifications

Only if you turn on notifications on your card do we store a technical address from your browser, so the shop can tell you when your reward is ready. Messages are delivered by your phone’s own notification service, like Apple or Google. You can turn it off on the card or in your phone’s settings.

Cookies

Only necessary cookies: one that remembers your card on your phone, and one that keeps staff logged in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Where data is stored

Stamkunder runs on Cloudflare, which also stores the database.

How long

As long as the card is in use, until you or the shop asks for it to be deleted, or the shop stops using Stamkunder.

Your choices

You can ask to see or delete your information by contacting the shop or AM Factory through amfactory.ai.
